The Museum of Wildlife, Science & Industry offers a glimpse of the past in 23 buildings. The founders of the museum were concerned with preserving the history Northeastern South Dakota and organized and effort to preserve items and culture of the area. The unique exhibits show the history of Day County and South Dakota in many military, agriculture, hunting, fishing railroad and pioneer life exhibits. Plan on spending some time at “the best kept secret of NE South Dakota” where there is something for everyone.
The Museum of Wildlife, Science & Industry offers admission by donation and appreciates all donations to keep the memories alive for future generations.
